Guy Sanchez, Jr. began in the real estate industry since a very young age with a strong sense of passion and commitment to the real estate industry. He comes from a family of real estate professionals. After 18 years in the South Florida and the Caribbean real estate industry he made his way to Central Florida where he has always wanted to apply his knowledge and experience within the real estate industry to assist seller's and buyer's in their real estate needs in the growing real estate market of central Florida.

Guy Sanchez, Jr. continued his career in management and was offered a great opportunity to serve as Vice President Broker Manager for the Watson Realty Corp leading the SW Orlando office. As a seasoned REALTOR® manager he has the tools and resources you need with a dynamic team or real estate professionals serving central Florida.

Guy Sanchez, Jr.  is a license Florida Real Estate Instructor since 2004. He has 18 years of experience in real estate management and has been successful in creating a professional real estate team assisting many associates growing their business providing superior service for their customers. His management experience has been operating residential and luxury real estate brokerages making them a top competing office in the local real estate market.

Guy Sanchez, Jr. has kept strong community ties throughout his real estate career, while serving on different local municipal and county boards or committees. He served on the city of Orlando Planning & Zoning board. Was a former elected official and decorated Gulf War Veteran. He was appointed by the Florida Governor to serve on the Florida Real Estate Commission from 2000 to 2005. He served as Chairman of the Florida Real Estate Commission from 2004 to 2005. In 2017 he was re-appointed by another sitting Governor to serve on the Florida Real Estate Commission from 2017 to 2021.

He has held several leadership positions in the local Orlando Regional Realtors Association, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Miami Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He holds over 9 real estate professional designations including CIPS, CRB, CRS, RSPS, MRP, SFR, E-Pro, AHWD, TRC. He holds an Associate Degree from Miami College in Political Science with Governmental Studies from Florida International University.

Guy Sanchez, Jr. is married to a fellow real estate professional who also has over 28 years of real estate experience serving as a real estate broker associate with Watson Realty Corp. in the Clermont Office.
